摘　　要：对高等学校与学生的法律关系的认识一直有许多不同观点。而这种关系却是处理高校与学生之间各种问题的法律基础。本文对高校与学生的法律关系进行了分析,提出了以行政法律关系和民事法律关系结合来认识两者之间关系的观点。Different opinions about the legal relationship between colleges and students always exist. But this relationship provides legal basis for dealing with various problems exist- ing between colleges and students. This paper analyzes the relationship between colleges and students and then gives a point that the combination of administrative legal relation and civil legal relationship can lead to a better understand of these two relationships.
