摘 要:测试了不同的外植体,不同培养基及不同激素种类及浓度对扯根菜愈伤组织诱导的影响,结果表明:不同培养基组合所诱导的愈伤组织状态不同,但诱导率均高于90%;光照苗茎段在WPM+NAA2mg/L+6-BA(1.5mg/L≤[6BA]≤3)培养基上,所诱导的愈伤组织较好:水样化程度低,诱导时间相对短,生长良好而快速.本实验为进一步建立扯根菜的间接再生体系提供了依据.The conditions for callus induction of Penthorum chinense Pursh were optimized such as explants,medium, plant growth regulaton and the concentration. The results showed that callus induced from different combination of plant growth regulators had different growth state, all the induction rates were recorded as above 90%. Callus induced from stem segement explants on WPM medium plus NAA 2mg/L and 6-BA ( 1.5 mg/L≤[6-BA]≤3.0 mg/ L) was more suitable. Such medium callus has low water level, a short time of induction, growth well and rapidly. The research has provided the base for the establishment of indirect plant regeneration system of P. chinense Pursh.
