摘  要:于秋季晴天,用CI-310型便携式光合作用测定系统对狭叶瓶尔小草(OAioglossum thermale Kom)光合作用日进程的多个指标进行测定.研究结果表明,狭叶瓶尔小草净光合速率日变化曲线为"单峰"型,光合速率上午逐渐上升,午间达到顶峰,然后逐渐下降,主要由非气孔限制引起.应用逐步多元回归方法得到狭叶瓶尔小草净光合速率日变化的最优方程.偏相关分析表明,其净光合速率与光合有效辐射、空气相对湿度和空气CO2浓度有着密切的关系,其中光合有效辐射是影响净光合速率的直接主要因子,二者呈极显著正相关.The diurnal variation of photosynthesis for OAioglossum thermale Kom leaves had been studied under the natural conditions. The results were as follow: In autumn clear days, the curves of diurnal variations of net photo-synthetic rate(Po) had two peaks, which had an obvious phenomenon of midday decline of photsynthetic efficiency. The mid-depress of Pn was principally caused by non-stomatal limited elements i. e, photo in hibition and photo respiration. The optimal equation of the diurnal variation of P, was attained by the method of stepwise multi-regres- sion. The analys is of partial correlation and path coefficient on P and factors showed that the diurnal variation of Pn had closer relation to photosynthetic active relation (Q) , air relative hum idity (RH) , and CO2 concentration ( Ca) in the air . Q, RH and Ca were the primary direct factors affecting Pn.
