调胃承气汤对家兔内毒素温病模型的解热作用研究

摘　　要：观察了调胃承气汤对内毒素家兔温病模型的解热作用，该方能抑制模型动物的发热效应，并可降低内生致热原血浆肿瘤坏死因子和中枢发热介质脑脊液前列腺素Ｅ２、环核苷酸的含量。Antipyretic effect of Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction in the rabbits with endotoxemia was observed in this study. The result indicated that Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction could make the fever subside in the model animals and reduce the contents of tumor necrosis factor and the cerebral fever mediator prostaglandine E 2 and cyclic adenosine monophosphate.
