芪杞升白口服液对小鼠辐射性白细胞减少症的影响

摘　　要：小鼠接受６０Ｃｏ－ｒ射线一次性全身照射前、后各灌服芪杞升白口服液１周，能使辐射所致外周血白细胞总数、骨髓ＤＮＡ含量、胸腺系数及脾脏系数的减少明显回升，一般状况明显改善。Mice were given ig Qiqi Shengbai Oral Liquid daily for 7d before and after whole body radiation with 60 Co r ray.The result showed that Qiqi Shengbai Oral Liquid could increase peripheral white blood cell counts,content of bone marrow DNA, and coefficients of thymus and spleen,and improve general status following the exposure to the radiation.
