慢支固本冲剂抗呼吸道绿脓杆菌感染的药效实验

摘　　要：慢支固本冲剂体外无杀／抑菌作用。而对慢性支气管炎（慢支）模型鼠灌胃治疗，绿脓杆菌感染率明显低于不用药慢支鼠。电镜下，用药鼠的气道粘膜结构损伤明显减轻，粘附菌数低于不用药鼠。Although Manzhi Guben instant grannule did not exhibit any bactericidal or inhibiting activities in vitro,it was found that the infection rates of P.aeruginosa in the experimental rats with the chronic bronchitis treated with the instant granule was lower than that of the on treated chronic bronchitis rats.Under the electron microscope,the mucosa structural damage of air ways in the drug treated rats and the number of adhered bacteria were less than the non treated rats.
