摘 要:由于串联型电能质量控制器(Series Power Quality Controller,简称SPQC)对电压型谐波源产生的谐波电流具有良好的抑制特性,因此逐渐受到重视。对于SPQC中常用的电压型变流器而言,死区时间是不可或缺的,但死区时间的引入会使变流器的输出电压产生畸变,使得SPQC的直流侧电压异常上升。在此,对SPQC中死区效应的影响进行了深入分析和定量的计算,其有效性得到了实验结果的验证,最后在分析的基础上提出了几种行之有效的解决方法。Series Power Quality Controller draws more and more attention for its good compensation characteristics to current harmonics generated by voltage-type harmonics source.In most of the applications, the core of a series power quality controller is a voltage source type inverter,in which the dead-time injection is necessary.Dead-time injection is crucial to prevent a short circuit in the dc link,but its side-effect is not negligible.It leads to the distortion of AC-side voltage,and causes the boost of DC-side voltage,which will ruin the whole system.The effects in DC side of SPQC system which is induced by the dead-time injection are analyzed in detail.The analysis is verified by the experimental results.Based on the analysis, several effectual solutions are proposed.
