摘  要:本文借助血液流动的双弹性腔模型分析计算了正常人与心肌疾病患者舒张期肱动脉压力的功率谱,并与压力曲线相比较,结果表明功率谱能更明显地区分二者压力间的差异,从而为用双弹性腔模型研究心血管疾病患者舒张期动脉压力提供一个新方法。The paper frist proposed a method of calculating power spectrum of diastolic brachoal artery pressure using two elastic reservoirs model of the circulatory system,and then analysis the power spectrum of diastolic brachoal artery pressure of normal and cardiomyopathy patients with computer.The power spectrums were also compared with the actual measured patient arterial pressure data of diastolic brachial artery pressure curve. The results showed it is easy to distinguish the difference of normal and cardiomyopathy patients′diastolic brachial artery pressure from the phase spectrums,which may be useful in the clinical application of the two elastic reservoirs model to study diastolic brachial artery pressure of patients with cardiovascular disease.
