基于混合信号微处理器的制袋机控制系统

摘　　要：针对旧有制袋机设备的特点,选用混合信号微处理器C8051F340为MCU,研制开发了以步进电机作为执行机构的制袋机控制系统。根据制袋机的工作原理,说明了定长、定位控制的工作过程,步进电机的升降速规律和张力浮动辊的控制算法。同时对制袋机控制系统的软硬件设计作了说明。Aimed at features of old bag-making machine, the bag-making controller was developed for bag-making machine with double step-motor as actuators, based on mixed-signal system-on-a-chip MCU. According to the operating principle of the bag-making machine, the controlling process of the dead line, the fixed position, the controlling rule of the speed rising and falling about the step motor, and the controlling algorithm of the tension floating roller were described. The hardware and software of the bag-making controller were also discussed.
