摘  要:以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺(EDA)等为主要原料合成了水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU),考察了EDA不同用量和加料顺序对水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的T-剥离强度、粒径、粘度、耐水性、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)等性能的影响。结果表明:乳化前加EDA所制得胶粘剂的T-剥离强度、耐水性、粘度均高于乳化时加EDA的,且EDA的加入量为剩余TDI物质量的30%时,T-剥离强度最大,吸水率较低;乳化前加不同量EDA制得聚氨酯的Tg变化不大。Waterborne polyurethane emulsions were synthesized by polyester diol, polyetber diol, toluene diisocyanate, dimethylol propionic acid ( DMPA ), ethylene diamine ( EDA), and so on. At the same time, the effects of EDA contents and addition sequence on the T-style peel strength, particle size, viscosity, water absorption, and the glass transition temperature ( Tg ) of the waterborne polyurethane adhesives were also studied. The results showed that the adhesive with EDA added before emulsification has higher T-style peel strength, higher viscosity, and better water resistance than that added after emulsification; the T-style peel is higher and the water absorption is lower when the content of EDA is 30 % of the superfluous TDI. Tg of the polyurethane changes little with EDA added before emulsification.
