摘 要:用不同结构聚酯二元醇为原料合成出一系列水性聚氨酯(PU)胶粘剂,以CPP镀铝膜、PET镀铝膜、OPP、PE为复合薄膜,探讨了聚酯结构对水性PU胶粘剂粘接性能的影响,同时还分析了异氰酸酯类型、外加溶剂对剥离强度和干燥速度的影响。结果表明用自制聚酯二元醇,4,4,-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MD I)为主要原料合成出40%固体含量水性PU胶粘剂使多种复合塑料薄膜具有较好的剥离强度和外观,添加少量易挥发溶剂能加速水性胶粘剂水分蒸发,满足工业化快速生产的要求。A series of aqueous polyurethane adhesives were synthesized by means of four polymer polyatomic alcohols; properties of aqueous polyurethane adhesives were investigated taking vacuum aluminum laminated films of VMCPP, VMPET, OPP, and PE as laminated films; at the same time, the effect of polyurethane structure on peeling strength and drying speed of isocyanates and adding solvent were analyzed. The results showed that 40 percent solid content aqueous polyurethane adhesive synthesized by self-made polyester polyatomic alcohol and 4,4, -diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)have good peeling strength and appearance on a lot of laminated films, and a small amount of alcohol solvent can speed up water evaporation of the adhesives, and satisfy the needs of industries high-speed production.
