摘 要:将纳米LDH有机化改性后,与PE进行插层复合,制得复合材料,经挤出吹塑制备纳米复合材料热封膜,并对其的阻隔性及热封性进行测试。结果表明:当纳米LDH用量在一定范围内时,热封膜对氧气和有机溶剂的阻隔性、热封温度提高;对水蒸气的阻隔性、热封强度则略有降低;要提高纳米复合材料热封膜的热封强度可适当提高热封温度。Nano-LDH particles were modified with organic agent, then PE/Nano-LDH composite material was made by means of intercalation. After that nano-laminated thermal sealing film was produced by extrusion blowing, and its barrier and thermal sealing properties were tested. The results showed that certain amount of nano-LDH can improve the film barrier property to oxygen and organic solution, and the thermal sealing temperature can be raised as well. The barrier property to vapor and thermal sealing strength decreased a little; to turn up the thermal sealing temperature properly can increase the thermal sealing strength,
