摘  要:针对日前国内瓦楞辊工作寿命远远低于国外水平的现状,从瓦楞辊的材质与热处理工艺入手,根据热处理后硬度和显微组织分析,确定在860℃3次循环淬火为最佳的处理工艺,既可提高机体强度又可提高其韧性,从而使瓦楞辊的耐磨性和疲劳强度得到提高。According to the present state that corrugated roller's working - life in our country is far lower than that in abroad, corrugated roller's material and heat treatment process was analyzed. Through the analyses of hardness and microstructures of the heat-treated materials, the optimum treatment process was determined, which was the treatment of cycling quenching at 860 ℃ three times. The process can improve the corrugated roller's strength and tenacity, so the wear resistance and fatigue strength can also increased.
