摘　　要：基于对设计目的的认识不同,对设计的起源和科学与设计的关系做了深入地探讨,对科学和技术的本质联系做了有益的探索和研究。通过对人类设计的起源及科学和社会的发展阶段的变化对设计的影响,得出了设计源自于科学,约束于科学,是为人类实现某种特定目的的一项创造性活动的观点。The origin of design and the relationship between science and design was discussed based on different understanding of the purpose of design. The essential relation between science and technology was studied. It was concluded that design is derived from and restricted by science, and is a creative activity of mankind for certain purpose.
