TNF-α和大鼠ANP合并肺损伤之间关系的初步探讨

摘　　要：采用牛磺胆酸钠复制大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎合并肺损伤模型，检测血清肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦα）水平的变化。结果显示：随着时间推移，急性坏死性胰腺炎的病理形态改变加重，肺系数增大，血清ＴＮＦα也渐升高。因此，ＴＮＦα可能是急性坏死性胰腺炎合并肺损伤的重要因子之一。Changes of TNF α was measured in a model of lung injury following sodium taurocholate induced acute necrotizing pancreatitis. The results showed that with the development of pancreatitis and lung injury, the value of serum TNF α and lung index were elevated progressively. It indicates that TNF α may play an important role in the pathophysiology of lung injury in acute necrotizing pancreatitis in rats.
