摘　　要：目的:探讨测定急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿中CYP3A酶活性的临床意义。方法:采用患儿尿中6β-羟基氢化可的松(6β-OHFC)与氢化可的松(FC)的比值测定CYP3A酶活性;测定35例ALL患儿中P170蛋白表达;以泼尼松诱导试验确定泼尼松反应敏感(PGR)及泼尼松反应不敏感(PPR)患儿。结果:CYP3A酶活性与P170蛋白、泼尼松诱导试验等显著性相关。结论:测定CYP3A酶活性简单、实用,可作为ALL患儿危险评估因素及ALL患儿预后的重要评价指标。OBJECTIVE：To study the clinical importance of CYP3A enzyme activity determination in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL） .METHODS： CYP3A enzyme activity in children with ALL was derived from the concentration ratio of 6β - hydroxycortisol to cortisol in urinary.P170 expression in 35 ALL cases was determined as well .Prednisone good response（PGR） and a prednisone poor response（PPR） were derived from prednisone- induced response .RESULTS： CYP3A activity was found to be significantly correlated with P170 expression and prednisone- induced response etc.CONCLUSION： CYP3A enzyme activity determination is simple and practical, and which serves as an important index for the prediction of risk factors and prognosis in children with ALL.
