男声女调手术前后四种发声的声学变化

摘　　要：本文对１１例男声女调患者手术前后的四种发声进行频谱及音强的分析，其结果显示：最低音、舒适发音、真声最高音、手术后的频率较术前有显著性降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），但假声最高音（ｔ＝１．５８，Ｐ＞０．１）无显著差异。而四种发音的音强，手术前后对比（Ｐ＞０．５）无明显减弱。这四种发音方式的声学变化表明，通过甲状软骨成形术治疗男声女调，效果理想。The acoustic change of four kind phonatory methods before and after operation in men with hight pitched voices was analysed.The result indicates that the frequency of the lowest voice,comfortable voice and highest true voice are obviously lowered after operation( P <0.05),however,the highest falsetto is not( t =1.58, P >0.1).The acoustic change of four kind phonatory methods shows that management of men with high pitched voices by thyroplasty is very good.
