二甲亚砜(MDSO)对血红细胞膜通透性增强作用的研究

摘　　要：通过7230分光光度计,测定不同物质环境情况下的鸡血红细胞溶液的透光率随时间的变化率,得出各物质对鸡血红细胞膜通透性水平。在测试二甲亚砜对甘油和尿素的通透性影响时发现:(1)不同浓度二甲亚砜的影响作用不同;(2)在鸡血中分别人1.1mL,1.8mL 二甲亚砜,可以使红细胞膜对甘油、尿素的通透性在瞬时内明显加强。(3)用纯二甲亚砜先处理则增强作用明显。The transmittancy of red blood cell solution in different enviroment is different With spetrophoto meter-7230,we did experiments on the transnittaney of the solution in enviroments of several kinds of different malenals to red blood cell membuane of chicken.During the test on dimethyl sulfoxide' s influence on the permeability of glycerine and urea,we found that:1.The influence of dimethyl surfoxide is different at its different density.2.Adding 1.1 rnl and 1.8ml of dimethyl sulfoxide can immediately make the permeabilify of glycerine and uvea enhace respestively.3.Treatment by pure dimethyl sufoxide before the chieken blood is mixed with glycerine and urea will greatly increased of glycerine and urea.
