摘　　要：分析了电力工业的快速发展给调度自动化系统带来的一些问题,提出在SCADA系统基础上扩展了新应用,并对实时信息智能分析系统的结构、设计、功能、应用等方面进行了阐述。This paper analyzes some new challenging problems which is related to the dispatch automation systems with the fast development of electric power industry,and put forward that SCADA systems new applications are extended. An introduction of Real-time Information Intelligent Analysis System ,including the constitution of this system ,the design of software ,the capacity and the application of the system is described.
