摘 要:报道了在较高膜压及高沉积速度下硬脂酸镉LB膜与H2S反应制备纳米有序的有机分子/CdS纳米粒子复合膜,该膜在反应后仍能保持良好的-CH2-全反式排列,即形成纵向有机-无机复合超晶格材料.借助X射线衍射观察到H2S反应前后LB膜清晰的(001)级Bragg衍射峰,对应周期值为5.02nm,红外光谱结果亦表明获得了有序的LB型复合膜.由紫外可见光谱可知,生成的CdS纳米粒子禁带宽度(Eg)为3.46eV,与体相材料相比(2.42eV)蓝移了1.04eV·Under the conditions of the higher surface pressure and deposition speed, ordered organic/CdS nanoparticles complex film was prepared by the reaction of cadmium stearate and H2S. 'All trans' conformation of -CH2- can be kept well after reaction which is thought to form nanoorder organic-inorganic superlattice material. Bragg (001) diffraction peaks can be observed by means of X-ray diffraction related to 5. 02 nm of the long period. The order property of LB complex film was shown according to the result of infrared spectrum. The band gap (Eg) of CdS nanoparticle is 3. 46 eV which increases 1- 04 eV comparable to that of the bulk material(2. 42 eV) from the result of UV-Vis spectrurn.
