摘 要:在注水开发油藏进入高含水期后,大量的油田污水需要外排,有时污水处理不达标外排,还会造成环境污染。因此,高含水期油田污水回注是目前最普遍较经济的一种手段,但油田污水回注给高温油藏可动凝胶调驱技术的应用带来了一定的困难。针对华北油田高温油藏地质特征和开发现状,开展了油田污水配制可动凝胶调驱体系的室内研究。结果表明,该调驱剂在采用油田污水配制条件下,热稳定性好(115℃恒温考察,240d不破胶),满足油田回注污水油藏现场使用要求。32井次的现场试验结果表明,该技术有效缓解了高温油藏开发后期的三大矛盾,提高了油藏开发效果。Large quantity of oil field sewages need to be discharged after waterflooding reservoirs entering into high water-cut period. Environment will be polluted if the sewage can not be discharged according to standards. So reinjection is an economical approach widely used to dispose oilfield sewage of high water-cut period. However, sewage reinjection sets higher requirements on the application of flowing gel profile control techniques of high-temperature reservoirs. According to its geological features and development status, lab experiment is conducted on preparing sewage water by using flowing gel profile control system. Result shows that the modifying and flooding agent is of good thermal stability and meets the requirement of the field application of reservoirs reinjected by oilfield sewage under the conditions of preparing sewage water. The agent has been applied to 32 wells, effectively releasing the three major contradictions of high-temperature reservoirs of later development period and improving the effect of reservoir development. It proves to be an effective approach for enhancing oil recovery in the later development of oilfields.
