摘  要:目的研究点对点固定技术在TiMate数字化钛网成型系统塑型后的钛网植入手术中的应用。方法对21例需行颅骨整形手术的患者在骨窗缘的头皮上按一定的间隔贴定位标记,进行薄层CT扫描,数据经TiMate软件处理后形成带有定位点标记的数字化钛网,并经数控加工系统成型,术中先把头皮定位标记用克氏针在颅骨上标出,再一一对应将带标记钛网固定。结果所有患者手术时间均缩短,其中18例患者行术中CT导航,结果证实钛网植入后与术前计划完全相符。结论点对点固定技术结合TiMate数字化钛网成型系统能确保钛网在植入阶段精确定位,提高手术质量与效果,缩短手术时间。Objective To investigate the application of the "point to point" technique in titanium mesh implantation after shaping by digitalized TiMate titanium mesh molding system. Methods Computer tomography (CT) scan was performed on a total of 21 cases, whose scalps along the bone window edge were marked at a certain interval before the execution of cranioplasty. After processed by TiMate software, CT data were transformed into digitalized titanium mesh with positioning point marks, and titanium mesh with marks was shaped by the digital-control processing system. Then titanium mesh with marks was fixed "point to point" after scalp positioning marks had been indicated on the skull with the Kirschner wire. Results Operation time was shortened in all the 21 cases. Among them, 18 cases underwent intraoperative CT navigation, results of which were exactly in accordance with preoperative planning after titanium mesh implantation. Conclusion The "point to point" technique combined with the digitalized TiMate titanium mesh molding system can ensure the precise positioning of titanium mesh during implantation, improve surgical effects and shorten operation time.
