摘 要:后桥是汽车的关键部件之一,受力复杂;焊接是车桥生产的关键工艺;因此,保证后桥的焊接质量十分重要。在传统的焊接设备控制系统中,通过许多继电器完成控制功能,其接线多而复杂,体积大、功耗大,系统不易改变,灵活性和扩展性很差,机械触点还会出现抖动的问题,定时精度不高。该系统采用PLC的控制系统,通过编制的程序来实现控制功能,解决了继电器控制系统中出现的诸多问题,能够准确实现控制目的。The rear axle is one of the key components for automobiles,which suffers from complex forces;welding is the critical process for the rear axle manufacturing;so the welding quality of the rear axle guaranteed plays a greatly important role here.In the traditional control system for welding equipments,many relays are applied to fulfill the commands,but the disadvantages exist simultaneously,such as many complicated connections,great volume,power consuming,bad flexibility and extension,quivered mechanical contacts and low timing precision.By adopting the PLC system,the problems which have been found in the relay control system are resolved and the controlling is realized accurately by designing the programs.
