摘  要:利用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了Fe-20Mn-5Si-8Cr-5Ni-0.05N合金马氏体相变、逆相变宏观形状应变。结果表明:应力诱发γ→ε马氏体相变表面浮凸为单倾"N"型;预变形量小于6%时浮凸呈平行态分布,大于6%时出现交叉态分布,且其高度、宽度远小于同变形量条件下平行态分布的浮凸。平行态表面浮凸呈现良好的热恢复性能,交叉态表面浮凸的逆转变量很小。Surface relief characteristics in martensitic transformation and recovery of Fe-20Mn-5Si-8Cr-5Ni-0.05N alloy was studied by atom force microscopy (AFM). The results show that stress induced martensitic surface relief is N-shaped. Surface relieves are parallel distributing when deformation is less than 6% . While, the intercross relieves is observed and those height and width are far less than that of parallel relieves at same deformation amount when deformation is more than 6% . Superior heat-recovery is found in parallel surface relief, and recovery fraction is very low in intercrossed relief.
