摘 要:采用金相、EPMA、XRD、TEM分析了冷轧08F钢板600℃机械能助渗铝层组织结构,测试了显微硬度、耐盐水腐蚀、抗高温氧化性和力学性能。结果表明,渗铝层内部组织主要是Fe2Al5相,还存在少量的FeAl、Fe3Al等铁铝化合物及非晶态相,未形成晶粒粗大的含铝-αFe相过渡区。铁、铝氧化合物颗粒呈岛状断续分布在渗层表面。机械能助渗铝层有优良的抗高温氧化性、较高的硬度、良好的耐蚀性,同时渗铝后基体可以保持高的力学性能。The microstructure of aluminizing layer on cold-rolled 08F steel sheet prepared by mechanical energy aided aluminizing at 600℃ was analyzed by optical microscope, EPMA, XRD and TEM. The microhardness, corrosion resistance in salt solution, inoxidizability and mechanical properties were examinied. The results show that the aluminizing layer mainly consists of Fe2Al5, a small amount of aluminum compound of FeAI and Fe3Al and amorphous phase, but α-Fe phase containing aluminum with coarse grain is not observed. Fe, Al oxide particles discountinously distribute on the surface of the aluminizing layer. The mechanical energy aided aluminizing layer exhibits higher temperature oxidation resistance, higher hardness and greater corrosion resistance. The cold-rolled steel can maintain higher mechanical property after mechanical energy aided aluminizing.
