摘 要:激光-等离子弧复合焊技术是一种具有较好工业应用前景的新技术,目前已经引起了国内外研究人员的重视。已发表的研究文献表明,与单独激光焊相比,此技术可显著提高焊接速度和间隙适应能力,有效地减少气孔和热裂纹,改善焊缝成形质量,可应用于剪裁拼板焊、涂层钢的搭接焊、填丝焊、薄板高速焊及表面合金化,适合于低碳钢、不锈钢及铝合金等材料,且能用于立焊。为了使该技术尽快应用于工业生产中,今后需加强复合焊炬的开发、焊缝成形机理以及关于此技术新的应用领域的研究。Laser-plasma arc hybrid welding is a promising technology which can be widely used in industry and it attracts attention of the researchers at home and abroad. Compared with the laser welding, laser-plasma arc hybrid welding can increase welding speed and tolerance towards poor joint fitup, reduce porosity as well as hot cracks and improve the appearance of weld. The technology can be applied to produce tailor welded blanks, lap joints of coated steels and thin sheet joints at high speed, and it can also be used for addition filler material in weld, surface alloying and even vertical welding. In order to widely apply this technology in industry, the researches on hybrid welding torch, mechanism about the appearance of weld and new application field about this technology should be strengthened in the future.
