摘  要:ZL101A与LF6异种铝合金悬空对接焊时,往往存在熔合不良、成形差、气孔等问题,采用铝镁焊丝ER5356和脉冲交流TIG焊接方法对其进行焊接工艺研究。焊接前对母材进行化学清洗和时效处理,在适当的焊接参数下,采用背面氩气保护和背面开坡口的措施可以有效地解决背面成形差和气孔问题,获得良好的焊缝成形;焊缝和接头的拉伸强度分别达到了ZL101A母材的77%和71%,满足性能要求;焊缝区为细小的胞状枝晶,主要成分为铝,几乎不含有Si元素,且Mg元素少量富集于晶界。最后实现了优质的ZL101A与LF6异种铝合金筒体的焊接。The problems of bad fusion, bad formation, and pore in the welded joint existed during the suspended welding of dissimilar aluminum alloys ZL101A and LF6, so pulse alternative current TIG welding was studied to weld dissimilar aluminum alloys ZL101A and LF6. By u-sing wire electrode ER5356, actualizing chemical cleanout and timing treatment with ZL101A base metal before welding, good formation on the back of weld could obtained through Ar shield the back of the joint, and the welding porosity could be avoided by grooving of the back of the joint with the help of proper welding parameters. The tensile strengths of the weld and the joint were 77% and 71% of ZL101A base metal respectively and fusion zone was fine tree-like crystals and composed mainly of Al, hardly Si, and Mg enriched in grain boundaries. High welding quality of cylinder structure for dissimilar aluminum alloys ZL101A and LF6 was realized finally.
