良性前列腺增生经直肠灰阶超声造影的初步体会

摘　　要：目的观察良性前列腺增生(BPH)经直肠灰阶超声造影特征。方法对经直肠穿刺活检证实为BPH的62例患者行经直肠灰阶超声造影(CETRUS),观察分析前列腺内、外腺超声造影特征,及各造影参数与患者年龄、血清PSA水平、前列腺体积、移行区体积、移行区指数的相关性。结果BPH患者内腺造影峰值强度显著高于外腺(t=-17.295,P=0.000);内腺超声造影开始增强时间及到达峰值强度所需时间均明显早于外腺(P<0.01)。内、外腺各造影参数与患者年龄、血清PSA水平、前列腺体积、移行区体积、移行区指数均不具相关性(P>0.05)。结论BPH患者前列腺内、外腺呈现显著不同的超声造影特征。Objective To investigate the characteristics of prostate gland in benigh prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） patients on contrast-enhanced transrectal gray-scale ultrasound （CETRUS）. Methods Totally 62 biopsy proven BPH patients underwent CETRUS. The enhancement patterns of the prostate gland were observed, and the correlation of contrast parameters in the prostate inner and outer glands to patient＇s age, PSA level, prostate volume, transition zone volume, transition zone index were determined. Results The peak intensity was significant higher and time to enhancement and time to peak intensity were significantly earlier in the prostate inner than outer gland （P〈 0.01） . No correlation was found between contrast parameters in the inner and outer gland, and patients age, PSA level, prostate volume, transition zone volume, transition zone index （P〉0.05） . Conclusions The inner and outer glands of the prostate in BPH patients showed significant differences in characteristics on CETRUS.
