摘  要:文章介绍了合金化热镀锌镀层相结构研究的常用方法,如金相法(包括彩色金相)、X射线衍射、电化学方法、扫描电镜观测和透射电镜衍射等,并比较了各种方法的优缺点。其中重点介绍了用于半定量、定量分析的X射线衍射和电化学方法,并详细介绍了目前常用于相鉴定的透射电镜衍射法。The usual investigation methods of the phases structure of Zn-Fe alloy coating of GA products such as optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical method, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) etc. were introduced in the paper. The advantages and disadvantages of them were compared, too. Among them half-quantitative and quantitative methods of XRD and electro-chemistry methods were in the highlight. And the most used method to identify phase, TEM diffraction was introduced in detail.
