摘 要:超声变幅杆振幅位移是表征功率超声系统输出声功率大小的重要性能指标,已知的测量方法要么测量精度差,要么不易操作。本文介绍了一种应用电感测微仪来测量振幅位移的方法,同时为了研究负载对超声变幅杆振幅位移的影响,设计了在空气和柴油两种媒质中的实验以进行对比。结果显示该方法具有仪器简单、操作简便和结果相对准确等优点,对于测量超声变幅杆的振幅是一种实用和可取的方法。The displacment of ultrasonic amplitude-modulated pole is a criterion relevant to characterisation of the voice output from power ultrasound system. The known ways to measure amplitude are either with a low precision or difficult to manipulate. So, a method to measure amplitude with inductance sensor is provided. Meanwhile, for studying the influence engendered by load, two experiments, where the pole is put into the air and diesel oil, are designed to compare. The results show that this means of measurement of amplitude has a lot of advantages, such as simple apparatus, easy to manipulate, a correspondingly exact result. It is an applicable, advisable way to measure the amplitude of ultrasonic amplitude-modulated pole.
