摘  要:文章利用透射电子显微镜研究了321/Qd370qD爆炸焊接界面附近纳米晶与单晶的电子衍射。解释了纳米晶与单晶复合电子衍射谱的特征。分析了纳米晶衍射环与单晶衍射斑点强度的变化,根据强度可以定性判断纳米晶与单晶的相对含量。Compound electron diffraction of nanocrystals and single crystal beside the interface in 321/Qd370qD explosive welded plate were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The character of compound electron diffraction of nanocrystals and single crystal was explained. The intensity change of compound electron dif- fraction of nanocrystals and single crystal was analysed. The approximately content of nanocrystals and single crystal can be estimated by the intensity change.
