摘　　要：目前,各级政府、农民对于农村乡风文明的建设并不重视,多数农村地区的文化娱乐活动贫乏,看电视仍然是农民主要的休闲方式。与此同时,农村的公共文化设施也不能满足农民的需求,各乡村的社会风气亟待改善。在新农村建设的过程中,绝不能忽视乡风文明的重要性,在物质文明建设的同时要加强农民的精神文明建设。At present, rural civilization development has not been paid with great attention. Cultural activities are very poor in most of rural villages, and the main activity for farmers in their leisure time is watching TV. In the meanwhile, the public cultural facilities cannot meet farmers＇ requirements, and the social atmosphere in rural areas should be improved. We must pay attention to civilization development for spiritual civilization building during the new countryside construction.
