摘　　要：针对当前供暖系统在应用热量表时存在的抄表工作量大和热量表出现故障时由于不能及时发现而造成损失和纠纷等问题,提出了一种基于Windows CE的嵌入式热计量管理系统的设计与实现方法,给出了热计量管理器的硬件设计、Windows CE操作系统的定制以及应用程序的设计开发。以Samsung公司的ARM9微处理器S3C2410为核心,设计嵌入式热计量管理器作为整个系统的控制单元。每个管理器采用RS485串行总线对大约200个用户热量表进行检控和采集数据,并可直接接入Internet网络,通过Internet实现数据传输和远程管理。该系统可实时监控各户热量表的运行状况,防止因热量表故障等造成的损失,远程监控整个供暖系统的运行状况,并能完全解决热量表应用中使用人工抄表问题。There are many problems while using the heat meter in heating system. For example, the workload of the meter is too large and this brings loss and dispute because people couldn＇t find fault. In order to solve them, an embedded heat metering manage system based on Windows CE is designed. It includes the hardware design of heat-metering manager, the customization of Windows CE operating system and application development. The embedded heat-metering manager takes the Samsung ARM9 microprocessor S3C2410 as core, and is designed as the control unit to whole system. A manager monitors about 200 user heat meters and collects data from them by RS485 bus. It accesses to Internet directly and can be controlled remotely. This system monitors the real-time state of heat meters reducing expenses caused by the damage of meters, and controls and accesses the whole heating system states remotely.
