摘 要:文章为开发"干熄炉-锅炉全系统压力损失"软件的重要研究部分,软件的组成还包括环形集气道、风帽供风等。干熄炉冷却段压力损失的研究由于被冷却焦炭的存在使得测量和模拟都变得困难和复杂。运用CFD商业软件对实验干熄炉冷却段焦炭床层的压降进行了数值模拟,并与实测数据进行对比分析,验证了数值求解多孔床层压力损失的可行性和准确性。讨论了风量和焦炭粒度对焦炭床层压损的影响,并对计算结果、实验数据与Ergun公式进行了比较分析和验证。The paper is most important part of software "The total pressure drop of CDQ system", the inclined flue and the vent-cap are other parts included by that software. But the study of the cooling chamber of CDQ shaft becomes very hard and complicated, because the cooled coke is exist. The pressure drop of coke bed in the cooling chamber of CDQ shaft is numerically simulated by employing the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) commercial software. The results are testified by experimentally measured value, which proves it is applicable to obtain the pressure drop of porous bed by numerical method. The influences of air flow rate and coke granularity on the pressure drop of coke bed is discussed. Numerical results are further compared with experimental data and values of Ergun formula.
