摘　　要：介绍了内燃机密封用氟橡胶涂料的制备方法,讨论了成膜物(生胶)、溶剂、硫化剂、吸酸剂、补强剂及其他助剂的选用对涂层性能的影响,获取了较佳的生产工艺及配方。用此种氟橡胶涂料生产的氟橡胶涂层垫片,可满足内燃机发动机的工况要求。The preparation method of fluororubber coatings is introduced. The influence of the raw rubher, solvents, acid absorbing agent, reinforcement agent, vulcanizing agent and other additives on properties of coatings was studied. A proper formulation and production technology were found out, and The FKM coat -metal gasket that produced by this FKM coatings was proved to meet the demands of working conditions of internal - combustion engine.
