摘  要:磁传感器阵列通常以非接触方式安放在多导体系统的周围空间用来测量电流。为研究磁传感器阵列拓扑而引起的理论误差,基于离散傅里叶变换(DFT)的电流测量算法,建立了以求解系数矩阵条件数最小值为目标函数的磁传感器阵列拓扑优化模型,并提出了若干优化约束条件。该数学模型可以同时适用于交流和直流的多母排平行导体系统测量大电流。最后,以三相电流测量系统磁传感器拓扑的优化问题为例给出了求解步骤,MATLAB仿真与实验结果验证了优化数学模型的有效性。Solid-state magnetic sensors can be arranged around multi-conductors to measure currents by sensing the field in a non-contact way. To improve the accuracy of measurement, the basic principles for the topology design of sensor arrays must be studied. To study the theoretical measurement errors caused by sensors array arrangements, a topology optimization model based on discrete Fourier transform (DFT) for sensor arrays is presented. The model aims to minimize the condition number of coefficient matrix which associates the sensors outputs and the measured currents, and several constraint conditions are listed as well. The model can be used both for AC and DC current measurements. Moreover, it has no restriction on the number of parallel conductors. An application on a three-phase current system is presented in details, and the results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
