摘 要:给出了"数字南方电网"的概念,指出了它应该经历的数字化和智能化2个阶段,并进一步明确了它应该具备的特征。给出了它基于分层结构的核心内容,即基于同步网和实时数据采集的数据共享平台,以管理、安全、运行等信息的获取、传递和使用的数字化为目标的数字化南方电网,以及以智能系统对人工的替代,使得系统具备自动恢复到安全稳定状态的能力,实现电网的自愈功能为目标的智能化南方电网。通过数字南方电网的建设,可给南方电网的运行调度水平带来巨大的提升,实现其灾变防治能力的根本性提高、经济运行指标的显著改善和电力系统发展科学决策效率的进一步提升。This paper gives out the idea of "Digital China Southern Power Grid"(DCSPG), along with the two stages it should pass through. Based on its layered architecture, the core components of DCSPG are also given out as follows: the data sharing platform which is based on real time data acquiring and synchronization digital networks, the digitalization of Southern Power Grid which aims at the digitalization of "acquiring, transmitting and using of information", and the substitution of dispatcher by intelligent system in dispatching, which can in turn equip the power grid with the ability of self-healing. The development of DCSPG can improve the operating and dispatching of power grid greatly, especially in the following three aspects : the essential upgrading in the disaster defending ability, the evident improvement in economical criterions, and massive upgrading of efficient in scientific decision-making.
