摘 要:采用正交试验确立了高温固相法合成Sr2CeO4的主要影响因素。研究了H3BO3和nSr/nCe(物质的量的比)对Sr2CeO4物相组成和发光强度的影响。XRD结果表明保持nSr/nCe为5.5和添加6.5wt%的H3BO3,有利于形成良好的Sr2CeO4晶体结构和大幅度提高Sr2CeO4的发光强度。荧光光谱测试表明助熔剂法合成样品的发光强度分别比传统固相法合成和溶胶-凝胶法提高了201.2%和15.7%。The crucial factors affecting the synthesis of Sr2CeO4 phosphor by flux assisted solid-state method (FASS) was optimized by orthogonal test, The effect of H3BO3 and molar ratio of raw materials (nsr/nce) on the luminescent properties of Sr2CeO4 were studied. XRD patterns show that the synthesized Sr2CeO4 crystalline powders possess the well structure when keeping the molar ratio of nsr/nce at 5.5 and doping H3BO3 of 6.5wt% as flux. Compared with the samples prepared by conventional high temperature solid-state method and sol-gel method, photoluminescent measurements indicate that the luminescent intensity of the Sr2CeO4 obtained by FASS are enhanced by 201.2% and 15.7%, respectively.
