摘　　要：高校学术越轨行为,主要表现为学术研究活动中的越轨行为和学术管理活动中的越轨行为两种类型。高校学术越轨行为与高校场域惯习有关。对高校学术越轨治理应该围绕着两个基本问题展开,其一是价值重构,核心是重塑学术研究道德;其二是制度重构,核心是加强法律规范的治理效应。Academic malpractice of universities mainly manifests in two categories namely malpractice in academic research activities and malpractice in academic management. Academic malpractice of university is closely connected with fields and habitus of universities. The prevention of academic malpractice of universities should be centered around two basic issues. The first one is the value reconstruction, the center of which is the reconstruction of academic research ethics. The second one is the system reconstruction, the center of which is to strengthen the effective governance of the legal rules.
