摘　　要：分析了近两年欧洲联合电网(UCTE)2006年11月4日和俄罗斯电网2005年5月25日大停电的事故,对照华东电网的现状和发展趋势,分析了华东电网安全稳定运行的薄弱环节,提出了今后一个阶段内,应对华东大受端电网的复杂运行特性,加强安全稳定管理的工作思路。The lessons that can be learned from blackout accidents occurred in European and Russian power grids in recent two years are summarized. Based on the status quo and development trend of East China Power Grid, the weaknesses in the safe and stable operation of the Grid are analyzed. The ideas on enhancing the safety and stability management for the Grid to deal with its complicated operational characteristics as a large receiving-end grid are proposed.
