大受端电网继电保护运行管理若干问题的思考

摘　　要：描述了欧洲"11.4"大停电的过程,并对原因进行了分析,指出华东电网的大受端电网特征,对华东电网的继电保护运行管理提出了几点看法。The ＂11.4＂ blackout accident occurred in Europe is presented, and reasons are analyzed. Ideas on the relay protection operation management for East China Power Grid which is considered as a large receiving-end grid are proposed according to the characteristics of the Grid.
