摘 要:直流输电以其特有的优越性正逐渐在电力系统获得较多应用,特别是直流特高压工程相继投入建设,直流输电线路外绝缘问题越来越突出,而绝缘子串电位分布是影响外绝缘的主要因素之一,设计精确测量直流绝缘子串电位分布的仪器是研究直流线路绝缘子串电位分布的前提。为此设计了两种电容式传感器,以用来测量直流绝缘子串的电位分布。一个是变间隙的,由振荡检测器组成,并把绝缘子的电压分布转化成AC信号以作进一步处理;另一个是基于变面积的,由微旋转电机检测器组成,也把电压分布转换成AC信号。在详细描述了传感器的工作原理后,推导出传感器的输入输出关系、灵敏度、线性度等特性。试验结果证明,所设计的传感器能够很好地测量直流绝缘子串的电位分布。HVDC especially DC 800 kV power transmission is more widely applied in large capacity and long distance transmission lines for its special advantages, which brings about more severe external insulation problem. The voltage distribution is one of main factors that influence the outside insulation. This paper designed two kinds of sensors, which were used to measure the voltage distribution of DC insulator string. One is the gap variable, made up of an oscillating detector and convert the distributed voltage of an insulator into AC signal for further treatment. Another is area variable, made up of a micro-rolling-motor detector and also convert the distributed voltage to AC signal. The working and measuring principles of the sensors were described and the relationship between the input and output, the sensitivity and the linearity of the sensors were demonstrated. The experimental results show that the designed sensors can well measure the voltage distribution of DC insulator string.
