关于黑龙江省国有林区发达产业体系建设的探讨

摘　　要：黑龙江省森工林区是全国最大的国有林区,加快建设发达的产业体系,要依托比较优势,对产业发展方向应以雄厚的林木资源为基础,以丰富的林副资源为依托,重点发展森林经营产业、木材精深加工业、森林生态旅游业、绿色森林食品业等6大产业;要科学规划,完善区域产业发展布局,组建7个产业经济区;要重组改造,着力打造组建林产工业、绿色食品、森林旅游为主的3个产业化龙头企业;要加强科技创新体系建设,切实增强企业自主创新能力。The forest industry region in Heilongjiang is the largest state-owned forest areas in China. To speed up the building of well-developed industrial system should rely on the comparative advantages, the orientation of industrial development should be based on solid wood resources and the rich non-timber products, emphasis on the development of forest management industries, lumber fine processing industry, forest eco-tourism, forest green food industry, and other six major industries. Should be scientific planning, improve the regional industrial development layout, set up seven industrial economic zones; to reorganize transformation, focus on creating formed Forest industry, green food, forest tourism as the mainstay of the three industry leading enterprises. Should strengthen the building of scientific and technological innovation system, and enhance their capability of independent innovation.
