摘　　要：江苏银杏产业的发展目前存在银杏叶种植供大于求、中间产品需求过分依赖国外市场、终端产品没有紧跟市场需求等问题。应用价值链理论对制约江苏银杏产业化发展的相关因素及其成因进行了分析,提出低成本战略与差异化战略对策,应该有利于江苏银杏产业的发展。There are such issues in Jiangsu Ginkgo industry as its cultivation existing oversupply, the demand of intermediate goods excessively rely on overseas markets, the end product did not keep up with market demand, and others. The paper used the theory of value chain to analyze the constraints of Ginkgo industrial development in Jiangsu and relevant factors. And propose low-cost strategy and differentiation strategies can help the development of the industry in Jiangsu Ginkgo.
