摘　　要：21世纪的医学教育将更加注重质量和人才素质的提高。中医学教学要改革,必须更新传统教学观念,促进现代教学理念的形成。我们在中医教学研究中就提高教学和学习效率、培养学生自主学习能力、发展学生高层次思维能力、培养创新型人才、加强实践教学环节探索了几点新思路。Medical education in the 21st century puts more focus on improvement of professional quality. To conduct teaching reform, we must reform traditional teaching concepts, and promote formation of new modern teaching concepts. Some new thoughts are put forward on how to improve teaching and learning efficiency, train students＇ ability in self-learning, develop students＇ ability in high-level thinking, train creative professionals,and strengthen practice teaching process.
