摘　　要：千叶港是日本最主要的重化工业港,与曹妃甸港比较后发现,它的发展历史、先天优势、地理位置与曹妃甸港有诸多相似之处。借鉴千叶港的发展经验,曹妃甸港在发展中应注意找准定位,重点发展重化工业,同时政府需要发挥一定的扶持作用,加强与邻近港口的协同发展,在码头设置中保持一定的专业化。The port of Chiba is the most important heavy chemical industry port in Japan, after the comparison to port of Caofeidian, we find there are many same points between the two ports, such as the history of development, the inherent advantages, and the location in the region. Refer to the experiment of the port of Chiba, the port of Caofeidian should find its position correctly to develop heavy chemical industry, and at the same time.
