摘 要:通过将棉、丝纤维按不同的配比进行混合,经过梳理、成网、水刺工艺固结定型,然后在4%的明胶溶液中进行浸渍处理,实现可降解棉质非织造地膜的制备。测试该产品的强力、透水性、透湿性、降解性,采用ESEM、红外光谱、降解率等方法进行理化性能表征,分析其降解前后的性能差异。结果表明:该非织造地膜与常规农用地膜相比具有较好的物理性能、降解性,且降解后的土壤全氮含量增加较大,有利于土壤增肥。Cotton and silk were first blended according to various ratios, followed by combing and forming nonwoven web by hydroentangling method, and then the nonwoven web was impregnated in 4% gelatin solution, thus obtained a degradable nonwoven mulch film. The water permeability, moisture vapor transmission, degradability of the film were tested and characterized by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)and degrade efficiency. The performance difference before and after degradation of the film was analyzed. The preliminary results indicated that when compared with the conventional plastic mulching this nonwoven mulch film presents better physical property and degradability, and after degradation, it enriches the nitrogen content in the earth layers.
