摘　　要：针对球磨机传动系统设计了球磨机振动监测系统,采用信号的时域、频域分析相结合的方法对球磨机进行了振动监测和故障诊断,测试分析结果较好地反映了球磨机的真实工况和故障,为选矿厂对球磨机的检修和维护提供了技术支持。According to the transmission system of ball mill, the paper designed the vibration monitoring system for ball mill, the analysis to time-domain of signal and the analysis to frequency-domain of signal was combined to make vibration monitor and malfunction diagnosis for ball mill. The test and analysis result well reflected the actual working condition and malfunction, which offered technical support for ex- amination and maintenance to ball mill in concentration mill.
