摘　　要：针对加压过滤机在生产中遇到的问题对入料参数和操作参数影响的分析研究,通过在原生煤泥上的过滤试验研究得出:一是向入料中加入粒级大一点的粗颗粒,改善物料的特性;二是向入料中加入药剂,改善物料的总体特性,达到提高产量,降低水分的目的,从而提高过滤效果和生产效率。According to the problems existing in production of press filter, the paper conducted analytical study to the influence of feeding material parameters and operation parameters. By the experimental study to raw coal slurry, it was concluded that adding the bigger size partical into the feeding material could improve the material characteristic, adding medicament into the feeding material to improve the whole characteristic of material, increase output, decrease water content and enhance filtering effect and production efficiency.
