三甲复脉汤治疗病毒性心肌炎心律失常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三甲复脉汤治疗病毒性心肌炎心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将病毒性心肌炎心律失常患者166例随机分2组,治疗组86例采用三甲复脉汤治疗,对照组80例口服心律平治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈23例,显效41例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率为91.86%;对照组痊愈10例,显效34例,有效19例,无效17例,总有效率为78.75%;两组总有效率比较,经统计学处理,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:三甲复脉汤治疗病毒性心肌炎心律失常有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Sanjia Furnai on arrhythmia with vival myocarditis. Method： 166 cases of bearing premature were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. 86 cases in the treatment group were treated with Decoction of Sanjia Furnai, and 80 cases in the control group were treated with propafenone. Result： In the treatment group 41 cases were excellent, 15 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.86% . In the control group 34 cases were excellent, 19 cases were effective and 17 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 78.75%. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Decoction of Sanjia Furnai on arrhythmia with viral myocarditis is significant.
